Great deli ,has everything in there

The Cow behind the counter who cooks the grill has an attitude. Thinks she can remember your order and misses the salt, pepper, ketchup, and hashbrown patty. She is miserable

Went in today around 4 and the food was excellent! I got the Captain Hook. Great service. Cashiers were really nice.

After being asked to wait 20 minutes to get a order of 100 wings came back and no one had made them then had to wait. Got my order and brought them to the after funeral service the wings were over cooked and had maybe a tbsp of sauce. Were so dry no one would eat them. Went to The Ground Round and they were moist and big. I would of brought it back but I live 1 1/2 hours away. Have been a customer for 30 years and will not be coming back.

Pricey but they have so much not just sandwiches but slso snacks and a full breakfast lunch and dinner hot plates.

They got my order wrong and the bottle of orange juice was already open.

Went in for dinner Friday night at 7:15. They say they close at 8 p.m. The store was basically closed no food was out. Ask the employee the menu and I got an attitude. He got my food from the back which was cold and dry. If they want to close early that's fine at least put that in your store hours. I do not recommend this place.

THANKSGIVING DINNER '19 : lacked flavor and very bland. Won't be back next year. They ran it really smoothly!! No lines, no wait & stayed open for grab and go up until 3:30. ( gravy, stuffing, creamed spinach, cranberries etc.). That part deserved a 5 star rating. Other than their cranberries & sweet potatoes, it was flavorless. Too bad.

This place has been around since I was a youngster. Great Food, reasonably priced, and they will accommodate the best they can for those last minute holiday "needs by tomorrow!" moments. Highly recommend.

Food is great. Service with a smile. Chopped salad bar is very useful for watching your intake.

If you want fast and well prepared food this is where you want to go. Easy in, easy out.

Great place, great food

The place is clean and the food looks great. I had their pork ribs and was not disappointed. But a bit pricey and what would you expect having to pay the taxes.

Food was great, big portions, not expensive at all. The reason it didn't get 5 stars was the ordering process. I emailed them the order and asked for a response to confirm that they got the order and they did not respond. When I went to pick up the food no one told me where to go so I had to sat d on the line e to pick up my food, they should put up a sign or something. I very much liked the food so I will be back again.

Food and service are great.

The original Fireside in Plainview has been part of my life for decades. Good deli meats. Some of the hot foods I like. Some sandwiches I like. You can have your food made to customize order. Catering has always been good. A great deli is if many individuals use it and there are many people that place their orders there. I am saying, the food is fresher because of the amount of patrons that use this establishment. Can be pricy and small portion control. I stay away from those items. The food is great and some of the staff are fantastic. Good job Fireside for being around all these decades.

Very fast and friendly service

Great hot food selection, order the delicious ribs and 2 sides, picked up a salad w/dressing...great take out meal.

Absolute worst customer service i have received. I was waiting in line to be helped and I mistakenly thought i was next only to get yelled at by the lady behind the counter. I apologize and get back in line only to be ignored when the next person is called to be helped. Don’t plan on returning soon.

Been going here for years and love their fried fish.

Being a single guy with a job that keeps me from cooking at a decent hour ( ok I don't feel like cooking after work no matter what time) it's good to know I can go here to get a homestyle meal and be able to tell my dr I've been eating my vegetables. There is a closer place but Fireside has ribs and whatnot and a wider variety of comfort food. It even has a small area with chairs and tables in case you want to eat there.

Simply one of the best places to get lunch. They have a hot food bar as well as a sandwich and salad counter. The food is always fresh and always tastes good. They really do have a lot of choices and they are alternating every day. I would definitely recommend you stop here for lunch or dinner. There is a small area to sit and eat although I usually take my food to go.

Good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and prices are very reasonable. Only 4 stars, because the breakfast is average. It would be nice if they would throw the home fries in the grill to make it crispy.

Food was EXCELLENT.... but service of the two young cashiers sucked!

Great food. Reasonable prices. Better fried chicken than Zorn's. Best Reuben sandwich around.
